- Extremely stable non-profit organization with operating budget over $120M
- Mission focuses on community, education, family support and health
- Working with Program directors on budgets and providing analysis on financial health
- supervising a team of 2 overseeing monthly, quarterly, annual reports
- Internal and External reporting responsibilities including budget vs. actual, grant reporting, board deck preparation, forecasting, variance analysis.
- Budget development, budget modifications
- Review and monitor all funding sources along with operating / non-operating expenditures.
- 5 years of FP&A Experience=
- Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
