Key Responsibilities Of The Workday HRIS Analyst
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related questions, issue resolution, and account maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on Workday functionalities.
- Prepare, deliver, and schedule reports using Workday, generating and analyzing HR data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance user experience.
- Support testing and validation of new features, functionality, and configurations within Workday.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of Workday configurations, procedures, and business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM.
- Workday configuration expertise in one or more of the following areas: Time, Payroll, HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Absence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Workday Certification in HCM or other Workday modules.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives within HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
