Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting operations in the administration of processing deposits, mailing invoices, answering phones, taking payments, running errands, etc. This is a part-time summer position (May-August, 20-30 hours per week), reports to the Administrative Manager, and has no supervisory responsibility.

General Duties and Functions:
- Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
- Be aware of and familiar with the Company Handbook and abide by the employment policies and regulations
- Teach, coach, and work with the team in a constructive manner
- Consistently keep office area clean and organized to promote professionalism and efficiency
- Actively participate in any recommended or mandatory training
- Make safety the main priority while working
- Maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers and management
- Additional duties as assigned by management, as this job description is non-exhaustive
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Support operations in the administration of processing deposits, mailing invoices, answering phones, taking payments, running errands, etc…
- Communicate professionally with customers and the team
- Give direction to employees as applicable
- Follow the direction from supervisors and operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Promote and enforce a safe work environment
Position Requirements:
- Consent to authorization of a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Grasp new concepts quickly and have a strong comprehension of the material
- Eye for detail and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal
- Basic mathematical skills (i.e. Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide)
- Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
