What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching conversations with each student, emphasizing goal-setting, motivation, and growth mindset
- Hosting open office hours where students can drop in for immediate guidance, encouragement, or problem-solving
- Leveraging AI-powered tools and dashboards to monitor student advancement, spot obstacles, and refine your coaching tactics
- Recording observations, alerts, and strategic notes to keep every student on an accelerated growth path
- Working alongside your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously enhance the coaching framework
- Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or assigning coursework—technology manages the academic content
- Presenting lectures or adhering to a predetermined curriculum
- Micromanaging or hovering over unengaged students—we coach with intention, not constant oversight
- Enduring pointless meetings or administrative red tape
- Operating on autopilot—this team exists for individuals who want to perform exceptionally and create real impact

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
- Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
- Strong virtual communication skills and ability to build rapport with students quickly via Zoom/Google Meet
- Comfortable navigating dashboards and technology platforms to monitor and adapt performance
- Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) across global time zones
- Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
- Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
