What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Youth Mentor, The Novatio School (Remote) - $40,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Imagine a role focused entirely on inspiring students to feel engaged, confident, and eager to participate—without the burden of grading or curriculum design.
Novatio School is transforming student support through an AI-driven academic model that delivers core instruction in two concentrated morning hours. The afternoons are dedicated to live, interactive workshops where students explore interests, collaborate, and develop new skills.
You'll be responsible for maintaining momentum and ensuring seamless execution. Your focus will be guiding students through transitions, fostering participation in small groups, and providing encouragement when motivation wanes. Content delivery isn't part of your remit, but your presence will be critical to the success of every session.
If you have experience leading youth in environments like camps, athletics, tutoring programs, or community initiatives—and you're prepared to make education feel intentional, engaging, and dynamic—this opportunity may be the right next step.
What You Will Be Doing
Enable dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, well-organized, and motivated across all workshop activities.
