In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities include community engagement, campus security, facilities oversight, and daily technology support. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technical issue, onboarding new personnel, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your work goes beyond maintenance—you build institutional trust.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff, providing clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus security functions, including entry management, medical incidents, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility maintenance coordination, transit arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff members to promote seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site tech point person and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic content
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, specialized administrative capacity
- Remaining stationary with routine, unchanging duties
- Escalating issues without taking responsibility or following through to resolution
Maintain seamless, secure, and effective campus operations that continually enhance the experience and confidence of students, staff, and parents.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration, facility support, site management, or comparable operational work
- Proficiency with fundamental technology troubleshooting, device oversight, and user account administration
- Excellent communication abilities with capacity to interact professionally with parents, staff, students, and external partners
- Capability to juggle competing priorities while preserving accuracy and thoroughness
- Commitment to on-site work in Chantilly, VA
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
