What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Porter position at Crown Motors?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their needs, such as directing them to the appropriate department or providing information about the dealership
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, including washing and vacuuming
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the dealership lot
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, availability to work weekends or evenings may be required.
