Crystal Finishing Systems located in the bustling town of Mosinee, WI has an opportunity in our Fabrication department as a Fabrication Lead. This Monday-Friday role plays a critical factor in our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate workflow and maintain communication with the Supervisor and Department Manager to address any quality concerns.
- Assist employees with questions, referring complex issues to the Supervisor as needed.
- Ensure proper quality checks and documentation are performed, along with appropriate machine setup.
- Conduct first piece inspections and work as a Machine Operator when Lead responsibilities are limited.
- Provide training for new team members and coaching for current team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Offer recommendations for policy development, process changes, quality improvements, and cost reductions.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Combination of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in leadership and participation or completion of leadership program.
- Previous set up and machine operating experience beneficial
- Knowledge of fabrication processing
- Experience reading blueprints and parts drawings
