Located in the vibrant town of River Falls, WI, Crystal Finishing Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Production Support role. This Monday-Friday position is key to ensuring our continued success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor quality and report issues while expertly packaging, racking, and prepping materials to meet customer specs.
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized for maximum efficiency.
- Use resources wisely and alert team members when supplies are running low.
- Safely load/unload materials at line speed and prep surfaces to ensure flawless finishing.
- Operate tools like sanders and blow-off guns while adhering to PPE requirements.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support our operations.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Preferably experienced in production operations or a manufacturing setting.
- Skilled in reading, counting, basic math, and accurate measurements.
- Comfortable using small hand tools; previous experience on a paint line is a plus.
- A team player who can also work independently.
