DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in Parts for our Distribution Unit in Williston, ND.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch parts in the local branch, checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Provide accurate documentation and continual communication to the customer throughout the entire process.
- Work with internal and external customers at parts counter in local branch.
- Complete training in line with business requirements.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in Health, Safety and Environment.
- Excellent Communication skills with a focus on Customer Service.
- High School Diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Direct interactions with customers through counter, phone and e-mail.
- Work with PM group to acquire parts.
- Forklift operations and some warehouse duties.
- Excellent computer skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
