Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and trial of civil litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
- Manage case files and maintain effective communication with clients regarding their cases
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Advocate for clients' interests in all aspects of litigation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and trial preparation
- Ensure timely compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 2 years of experience in civil litigation preferred
- Strong understanding of contract law and civil law principles
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Proven negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
