What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audit Senior position at CyberCoders?
The Audit Senior Associate - Hybrid is a critical role in our accounting and auditing services team. This individual will be responsible for carrying out the successful execution of client engagements by providing assurance services to our clients. This position is a hybrid role that requires both in-office and remote work. Salary is DOE between $75K and $95K.
Position Overview:
Carry out successful execution of client engagements by providing assurance services
Ensure that all client engagements are completed according to the professional standards
Perform fieldwork, document findings, and provide solutions to clients
Perform data analysis and interpret financial statements
Deliver high quality client services
Supervise staff and provide training to junior team members
Ensure that client files are documented accurately and timely
Develop and maintain strong client relations
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review audit and assurance reports for clients
Conduct audit fieldwork and review of data and financial statements
Analyze account payables and receivables
Perform account reconciliations
Ensure internal controls are in place
Communicate with clients on audit or assurance related matters
Monitor and review staff assignments
Train and mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting
CPA certification is preferred
3 years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in audit and assurance services
Strong financial analysis and auditing/accounting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
