- Design and oversee land development projects
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize mapping and grading techniques to enhance project design and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proven experience in land development.
- Strong skills in staking, mapping, and grading techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
