Project Manager/Estimator
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial painting projects and estimate the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee commercial painting projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and schedules
- Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the commercial painting industry
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Strong understanding of coatings and coatings paint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Salary: $85k-$110k DOE
