Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all concrete pouring and finishing activities on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor and manage concrete materials and equipment usage
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members on best practices in concrete work
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines for concrete activities
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials used
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of earthwork, flatwork, and structural concrete is desirable

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
