Construction Project Manager - Multifamily Exp Required

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily construction projects in Houston. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and vendors, to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and project timelines are adhered to.
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resources to ensure financial goals are met.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or challenges that may impact project delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.
• Ensure quality control and conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain overall project goals and strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily or commercial construction.
• Strong background in managing large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
• A strong problem-solver with the ability to handle challenges and keep projects on track.
