- Develop and implement strategies for business development, contract negotiation, and client relationships.
- Identify, solicit, and pursue prospective clients within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing markets.
- Manage the solicitation, qualification, and negotiation of contracts with clients.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent customer service and ensuring their continued business.
- Attend conferences, industry related events, and networking functions to increase the company's visibility and develop relationships.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the construction industry.
- Create and manage project budgets, set goals and objectives, and track progress and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams in order to ensure successful project completion.
- Analyze customer feedback and industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Construction, or related field a plus
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the business development, contract negotiation, project management, and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Business Development in AEC industy
- Experience with Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing markets among the AEC industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
