- Develop and execute IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and software applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data through robust cybersecurity measures.
- Lead and mentor the IT team to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within financial services.
- Proven experience in data security and cybersecurity management.
- Strong knowledge of software management and IT infrastructure.
