We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to oversee and manage drywall installation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while managing a team of skilled workers and coordinating with other contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of drywall projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues as they arise.
- Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the drywall or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
