We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating electrical construction costs for a variety of projects in healthcare, higher education, and other commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project documents and specifications to accurately estimate costs for electrical systems
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop comprehensive project estimates
- Prepare detailed take-offs, pricing, and proposals for electrical construction work
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project estimates and related data
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university
- 5 years of experience in electrical estimating in the construction industry
- Proficiency with Accubid or similar estimating software
- Knowledge of design-build and construction processes
- Experience working on projects in hospital or healthcare environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
