What You Will Be Doing
- Direct team/projects, successful project execution, change orders, client/architect/sub relations, and job layout/logs
- Plans/specs/scopes/codes/requirements, time management, control costs/project financials, resolve conflicts, and safety
- Estimate, budget, negotiations, setup/implement jobsite procedures, ensure jobs are on schedule, and timely/accurate reports
- Meetings, document delays/accidents, sub bid packages, business development, ensure QC, and job closeout
What You Need for this Position
- 5 years as an Electrical Project Manager working on large commercial projects of $5M or more
- Knowledge of scheduling projects, bids, contracts, orders, and bids
- Ability to properly convey expectations to the customer
- Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects
