Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all electrical project activities, including meetings, design reviews, permitting, jobsite logistics, contractor selection, etc.
- Budget and schedule project timelines, and keep track of project costs.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met according to the client's schedule and budget.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to project team regarding electrical design and installation.
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained and met.
- Maintain client contact throughout the duration of the project.
- 8 years of experience as an electrical project manager.
- Previous experience in the electrical field, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
