What You Will Be Doing
As an Estimator you will be responsible for preparing estimates, budgets, & pre-bid packages for all construction projects.
- Working with the management teams & project members while establishing bidders list, evaluating subcontractors proposals & scopes of work, scheduling, review plans & specifications
- Develop a database for historical costs data while preparing schematic, conceptual, GMP budgets, & cost estimates via historic subcontractor input
- Create RFI's as well as ensure subcontractor coverage as needed
- Review drawings with project management team & point out any issues that may arise
What You Need for this Position
- 5-10 Years of Estimating experience on Construction projects
- Familiar with the South Florida area, market & projects
- Experience working with General Contractors
