Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining boiler systems and auxiliaries, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission new boiler systems and steam boilers at customer sites.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair services on heating equipment and boiler house auxiliaries.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with boiler systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the safe operation of boiler systems.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably with a focus on boiler systems.
- Strong knowledge of steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with boiler heater systems and repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on-site.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
