What You Will Be Doing

• Meet with contractors to determine scope of work
• Design/estimate projects according to layouts from architecture and engineering firms
• Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates and determine project constructability
• Develop positive and ongoing relationships with Customers to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with division manager assistants, project engineers, the purchasing department, warehouse personnel, and the safety department
• Work with project engineers for closeout documentation
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 5 years construction project management experience in electrical, fire alarm, or similar technologies
• Ability to manage numerous projects concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Notifier experience (preferred), FA2 license is a plus
• AutoCAD, NICET Certification (preferred)
