Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, providing legal representation for clients in various types of cases, including insurance coverage disputes and litigation defense. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of courtroom procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including motions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial testimonies.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes, including arbitrations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in state and federal laws affecting litigation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in CA
• 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage and litigation defense.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Proven track record of success in trial and arbitration settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
