Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse litigation caseload across Florida from inception through resolution, taking ownership of all stages of the process
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Participate in depositions and prepare witnesses for trial
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
- Manage case files and documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with court deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation, financial services defense, or real property litigation
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal principles
- Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively
- 125k-140k Base (based on experience) Bonus
