Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify and resolve operational problems.
- Inspect and maintain pneumatic systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Assist in piping installation and maintenance within the facility.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime during maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and principles.
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical systems and machinery.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and piping installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
