What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multifamily Superintendent position at CyberCoders?
Based in Indianapolis, we provide general construction, design/build, construction management, and a range of other services for smooth, tailored projects and are presently seeking a superintendent to assist with our multi-family projects in the region. The projects will be taking place in Indy, but if you are based in Chicago, or Ohio, there are projects for you to work on there and won't have to require RELO!
You will be responsible for the design, construction, supervision, and maintenance of apartment buildings and related structures such as pool and garages. We need someone with the experience and the passion to bring their skills to the table and help grow our company.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Multifamily Superintendent, you will be responsible for designing and constructing apartment buildings up to four stories. You will also be in charge of supervising and maintaining the buildings, and must be able to handle any issues that arise.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5 years of Experience with being a Superintendent and having Multifamily/Senior Living facilities experience

You can expect to be paid a salary of between $100k - 140k annually. In addition, you will be eligible for a 401k match, health, medical, and dental insurance, and either a vehicle allowance or a company vehicle!
