What You'll Do
Lead the company-wide implementation of NetSuite ERP and integrate it with core business platforms across both our Cloud and Data Center operations. This role will drive systems alignment, automate workflows, ensure data integrity, and set the foundation for AI-enabled operations.This is a cross-functional leadership role that interfaces with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Tech, and Operations across global units.
Key Responsibilities
5 years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP/CRM administration, or business operations
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite Familiarity with HubSpot, Stampli, Zoho
Experience integrating multi-system environments using middleware.
Strong understanding of financial workflows, procurement cycles, and customer operations
Excellent project management and communication skills

- Change Management & Alignment- Act as a liasion between all departments, establish SOPs, standards and training
- Ongoing Optimization- Maintain data hygiene, system accuracy, and serve as the internal expert on NetSuite and its connected ecosystem
