Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to join our prestigious firm. The ideal candidate will lead various practice areas including Finance, Banking, Immigration, Labor and Employment, and more, contributing to our firms strategic growth and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships across multiple sectors including Finance, Banking, and Real Estate.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for practice growth and development.
• Provide expert legal advice in areas such as Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Tax.
• Oversee case management and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
• Mentor and train junior attorneys and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Stay updated on legal trends and changes in legislation that may affect the firm and its clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions.
• Minimum 8-10 years of legal practice experience with a focus on one or more of the following: Finance, Banking, Immigration, Labor and Employment, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Construction, Cannabis, Real Estate, Tax, or Estate Planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in business development and practice management.
