Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of a new front-end platform for our customers to access our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, software development processes, and UI/UX design.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our software offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, design, and marketing to develop and launch new features and products.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research and user feedback.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communication and updates throughout the product lifecycle.
- Proven experience in product management for SaaS based software builds
- Strong understanding of B2C product dynamics and user experience design (UI/UX).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in the Home Owner Association industry and knowledge of Yardi, Vantaca, VMS or CINC are a huge plus.
