Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize production flow.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Annual compensation: $90k/yr - $100k/yr
