We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects, focusing on healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project phases.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, utilizing software tools like Procore and BuilderTrend.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee work and maintain strong communication with team members.
- Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically in healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Sage 100, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
