Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships and vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and financial records.
• Conduct regular site meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.
• Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with Sage 100 and financial management related to project budgeting and P&L is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
