Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial door projects, from initial planning to final installation and client hand-off.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
- Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Oversee and manage project budget, timelines, and resources.
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects meet industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Commercial Door and Hardware project manager, detailer, or estimator experience!
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial doors industry.
- Division 8 experience!!!!!
- Experience with commercial door software such as Comsense, E/pws, Avaware, etc.
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with door manufactures like ASSA ABLOY, Ceco, Allegion, Corbin Russwin, Schlage, Von Duprin, and Trim is a plus.
