This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of commercial doors and hardware specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial doors and hardware projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and address any issues that arise.
- Utilize Comsense software to manage project documentation and hardware specifications.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial doors and hardware industry.
- Strong knowledge of Division 8 (Commercial Doors) and Division 10 specifications.
- Familiarity with Doors and Toilet Partitions is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management software, preferably Comsense or Software for Hardware.
