Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for environmental compliance and permitting initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential environmental impacts and compliance issues.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to facilitate permitting processes and maintain compliance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and permits related to environmental projects.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in environmental compliance and permitting.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in risk assessment methodologies and their application in environmental projects.
- Strong technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management.
