Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize painting projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for painting projects and manage costs.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of coatings and paint products.
- Excellent estimation and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in project management or coatings are a plus.
- Salary: $100k-$125k DOE
