Project Manager - Glazing

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial glazing projects, focusing on storefront, curtainwall, and commercial glazing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing client relationships and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial glazing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and by addressing any concerns promptly.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing industry, specifically with storefront, curtainwall, and commercial glazing systems.
• Strong understanding of glazing materials, installation processes, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team collaboration.
