Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in multifamily and affordable housing projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily and affordable housing construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, particularly in multifamily housing.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with podium construction and affordable housing policies is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
