Job Responsibilities:
- Complete projects on budget and schedule.
- Manage project job costs.
- Manage tracking software manhours (Bid2Win/Track).
- Manage and coordinate with Superintendent(s) to meet all project goals.
- Manage permits, bonds, insurance, and certified payroll.
- Communicate with project team on schedule, goals, contracts, etc.
- Manage job specific safety applications.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from the office and/or jobsites
- 3-5 years of experience managing projects, estimates, bids, etc.
- Proficient in construction software, Pro-Core experience is preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- OSHA 30 hour safety training or equivalent
- PTO (Paid Time Off)

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
