Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with IATF standards.
- Oversee the PPAP and APQP processes to ensure product compliance and quality.
- Lead quality audits and manage corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct supplier quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize CMM and other metrology equipment to assess product specifications and tolerances.
- Train and mentor team members in quality assurance practices and methodologies.
- Customer first mentality
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems management and IATF requirements, IATF certification required*
- Experience with PPAP, APQP, GD&T, Q1, and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with metrology and supplier quality management.
