Key Responsibilities
- Lead VDC project teams in the development and execution of BIM strategies and methodologies.
- Coordinate the creation and management of 3D models using Revit and Navisworks.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans to ensure project alignment with VDC goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders using tools like Revizto.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on VDC tools and practices.
- Continuously assess and improve VDC processes to enhance project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a VDC Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and management of 3D models.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Revizto and VDC content management.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
