This role is focused on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with AISC standards.
- Utilize Tekla software for project visualization and planning.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project estimating and ensure accurate cost projections.
- Oversee the fabrication and erection of structural steel components.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the structural steel industry.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of Tekla, Bluebeam, and AISC standards.
- Experience with estimating, erection, and fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
