Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure effective management of all departments
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative solutions in sheet metal and roofing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities within the sheet metal and roofing sectors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal operations and techniques
• Experience in roofing, commercial roofing, or related fields is a plus
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
