We are looking for a Superintendent with grocery store project experience to join our team! We specialize in design build, and ground up commercial work. Our projects take place in Northern California and you will be responsible for ensuring the stores are maintained and remodeled as needed, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of commercial grocery stores and their operations.

- Position Overview: The Superintendent will help build and maintain remodels of our Grocery Store Projects
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stores are maintained and remodeled as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the stores.
- Ensure stores are operating in compliance with local and state regulations.
- Manage staff and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to optimize store performance
- Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in completing commercial grocery store projects.
- Extensive knowledge of grocery store operations.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
