We are an investment and development firm with our own construction branch that has an increasingly large portfolio of projects. This portfolio contains projects from multifamily to retail, industrial to offices, we take on anything and everything. What You Will Be Doing
- Commercial and multifamily builds
- Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
- Overseeing site day-to-day
- Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 3 Years as a Superintendent
- 3 years in Commercial Construction
- Multifamily is a HUGE plus!
