Position Overview

This individual will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and coordinate various aspects of the building process, including safety protocols, subcontractor performance, and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure project requirements/budgets are met
- Monitor and maintain project schedule, including procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the construction process
- 7 Years of Superintendent or Relevant Construction Experience
- Knowledge of Multi-Family Developments and Mid Rise Construction Processes
- Understanding of Building Envelope Systems
- Experience with Luxury Multifamily Projects is Preferred
- Ability to Interpret Plans, Specifications, and Submittals
- Familiarity with Project Management and Scheduling Software
- Understanding of Trade Inspections and Building Inspections
Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000 per year
