Job Title: Superintendent - Tenant Improvement/Remodel/Renovation

Location: Regional Travel San Francisco

Salary: $100k - $160k DOE

Requirements: 5 years experience in commercial construction with a focus on tenant improvements, remodeling, and renovations.

We are a San Francisco-based general contractor with a focus on tenant improvements, retail construction, and building infrastructure projects. We offer a collaborative work environment where you can contribute your skills and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

We seek a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in tenant improvement to lead our project teams. As the Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of TI projects, ensuring quality construction and on-time completion while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards
• Verify subcontractor certificates of insurance
• Assure work quality - set standards for quality control
• Prepare necessary reports (e.g. time sheets, work orders, daily reports and invoice approval)
• Document and complete all punch lists in a timely manner
• Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues
• Attain a thorough and complete understanding of the prime contract, all subcontracts, the drawings and specifications
• Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including but not limited to change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal logs

You Need for this Position

• 5 years of commercial/retail construction Superintendent experience
• Experience with tenant improvement (TI) projects
• Experience with remodeling/renovation projects
• Degree in construction management or engineering (a plus!)
• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, P6, Microsoft Project, etc.)
